83% of customers state that a smooth experience on all their devices is very important while 57% insist they will not suggest businesses with a poorly developed mobile site!

Of course, all that assumes that users will even discover a non-mobile-friendly website, which is actually much less likely now that Google factors mobile friendliness into your search rankings! And this is all simply referring to the sites themselves.

Email mobile trends are even more eye-opening. Approximately 80% of consumers read their emails on a mobile device and a stunning 70% say that they delete e-mails right away if they don’t look excellent on a mobile device!

This means you need to be carfully focusing on mobile in your website design, your SEO, AND your e-mail marketing! Otherwise, your business might suffer just like lots of others who haven’t yet concentrated their efforts fully on this mobiles yet …
